Cancellation/Late Arrival Policy


As a privately owned Barber shop, we and our barbers rely upon the barber services provided to you, our clients. We do our best to provide excellent service and consistency every time and in doing so we ask in return when making an appointment that you do your best to keep that appointment. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policy is in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals

At least 2 hours advance notice is required for any appointment cancellations by either calling or texting (416) 203-3658, or replying to your confirmation email, or by directly emailing us at Failure to call or email the store at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time will result in a NO-SHOW! If there is a third NO-SHOW, you will lose the privilege of booking an appointment ahead of time, however, we would continue to always welcome you as a walk-in assuming availability.

Late arrivals will lose priority seating after 10 minutes and will be marked as a NO-SHOW if no advance notice for being late is provided.

This policy is to help ensure other customers who show up on time are not inconvenienced by others who do not.

This policy will be strictly enforced and we reserve the right to refuse services according to this policy!
